Como o gelo, também este lugar se vai acumulando em camadas, instalando um mundo novo sobre as estruturas congeladas do passado.These photographs resulted from a visit to the northernmost settlement in the world, at the foot of the Longyear Valley, on the coast of Adventfjorden. Em jeito de ensaio, a prosa e a fotografia surgem juntos na tentativa de uma aproximação possível de um corpo em fuga. São, como conjunto, um pequeno fragmento de uma incursão pela rotina daquele lugar onde centenas de pessoas aguardam por um futuro constantemente adiado. Nea Kavala, Nea Kavala is a non-documentary record of a passage through the refugee camp in Greek Macedonia. As an essay, prose and photography appear together in an attempt to approach a body in flight.
